Early Intervention Assessment Preview Day

Are you an EI Practitioner in the Chicagoland area? Interested in getting hands-on experience using early intervention evaluation and assessment instruments?

Join us at Erikson Institute's River North campus to preview assessments approved by the IDHS Bureau of Early Intervention. This event is sponsored by the Illinois Early Intervention Clearinghouse and hosted by Erikson Institute's Edward Neisser Library.

PLEASE NOTE: You must fill out the registration form below to be able to attend the event. Registration will close at 9am on April 12, 2024.

You've heard of the infamous "Shark Week" but have you heard of "Library Snack Week"?!

This week, from Tuesday through Thursday (11/14-11/16) pop into the library From 4pm-7:30pm, while you are on campus to de-stress for a bit and get some free snacks while you're at it!

As the end-of-semester crunch time is upon us, don't forget that the library is here to help you with your research and assignments.

Visit our website to learn more about:

  • Use our chat service for when you have a quick question
  • Book a One-on-One appointment with a librarian to discuss your research or assignment – in-person and virtual appointments available!
  • Research guides – available on general topics and for specific classes, from our webiste click Research and Help, then Research Guides.
  • Study Rooms – either walk-in or by reservation.
  • Have an APA question?  Check out the ASC’s guide to APA.
  • Are you just starting your research? We recommend using one of our databases like EBSCO or ProQuest.
  • Already know which article you need? Use Google Scholar to locate it.

  • Regular hours until Wed Nov 22.
    • Wed Nov 22: 9am-6pm
    • Nov 23-26:  Closed for Thanksgiving holiday
  • Nov 27: Intersession hours begin:
    • Library space is open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
    • Virtual hours on Fridays:  9am-4pm
